STARTERS

Chef’s soup of the day with artisan bread

Prawn & hot smoked trout salad with lime, coriander & sakura cress

BBQ chicken wings, coated in a spicy BBQ salsa on a bed of rocket salad.

Serrano ham & Manchego cheese salad, Spanish olives & caramelised shallots with a balsamic dressing

 

MAIN DISHES

Roast sirloin of Bowland beef with Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes & pan gravy

Roast loin of saddleback pork with homemade apple sauce, Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes & pan gravy

Fillet of Scottish salmon with saffron potatoes, wilted spinach & lemon caper dressing

Breast of chicken in panko breadcrumbs stuffed with air dried ham & Cleggs cheddar with tomato chilli sauce

 

DESSERTS

Homemade steamed syrup sponge pudding, with a strawberry compote & crème Anglais

Melting chocolate pudding, with a rich chocolate sauce and Mrs Dowson’s vanilla ice cream

Raspberry Eton mess made with crushed meringue, Chantilly cream & raspberry coulis
