BBQ Pork Ribs, tender and covered with homemade BBQ sauce £5.95

Baked Aubergine topped with roast vegetables, caramelised onions and cheddar cheese, finished with a sweet tomato sauce. V £4.95

Pan fried Bury black pudding on wholegrain mash with a pepper cream sauce, topped with a poached egg £5.95

Classic prawn cocktail on mixed salad leaves with a piquant Marie rose sauce and soft brown bread.  £5.95

Chef’s Cassoulet, belly pork, haricot beans and spicy sausage, finished with black pudding, served with a wedge of crusty bread. £5.95

Lasagne: Pasta, beef, tomatoes and bêchamel, topped with Parmesan create this classic Italian dish. £9.95
