We host regular monthly theme nights with menus from across the globe.  Watch this space for our upcoming events.   Friday Fish & Seafood Night  Starter Ballottine of smoked salmon and creamed horseradish, pickled beetroot & cucumber, with balsamic pearls. Crab croquettes with chilli and lime, chilli and red pepper jam and baby shoots Seared king scallops with a smooth pea purée, buttered broad beans and Parmesan foam     Main Course   Grilled hake fillet served with marinated roast peppers and tempura battered vegetables, red pepper essence Seared sea bass fillets with new season samphire and a mussel, crayfish and saffron butter sauce Baked salmon fillet, apple and celeriac remoulade, pickled beetroots and dressed watercress      A choice of desserts         Last Thursday of the month Moules & Frites Night   £9.95 per head  MARINIERE: steamed with shallots, white wine & garlic, finished with a touch of cream and parsley  SPICY: with chorizo and fresh cherry tomatoes finished with a drizzle of chilli oil.    CIDER: with smoked pancetta and onions, deglazed with dry cider.  THAI: steamed with lemon grass, bound in a Thai green curry influenced cream sauce.  SAFFRON: with Spanish Saffron, in light butter sauce with samphire.  CITRUS: with root ginger, freshly squeezed lime juice finished with fregrand coriander.  ALL SERVED WITH FRENCH FRIES AND A WEDGE OF GRANARY BLOOMER

  The Feildens Sunday Menu   There is always a Sunday menu available at £12.95 for 2 courses and £14.95 for 3 courses.  It is changed weekly but will always include 2 or 3 Sunday roast options besides a good selection of starters, other mains and desserts.
